Kristi Harden leads with a simple value that has guided her entire professional life: people first, money second. That belief began during her early career as a Registered Dental Assistant and continues today in real estate, where trust, care, and clear communication matter every day.
Since 2005, Kristi has built her business the slow way, through steady work, honest advice, and relationships that last well beyond closing day. She’s licensed in both California and Idaho, and works with sellers, first-time buyers, and everyone in between. Her experience spans single-family homes, apartments, luxury properties, and select commercial opportunities.
What sets her apart isn’t a sales pitch. It’s the way she works. Kristi treats every transaction like it belongs to someone she cares about, because that’s exactly how she sees it. She’ll tell you the truth even when it’s not what you want to hear, walk you through every step without rushing, and make sure you actually understand your options before making any decisions.
Now associated with Andrew Arroyo Real Estate and the Generous Giving program, Kristi aligns her work with causes that reflect her values. She contributes a portion of every commission to nonprofit organizations, including the American Motorcycle Association Hall of Fame, the Kurt Caselli Foundation, and Toys for Kids of Las Vegas.
Outside of real estate, Kristi is a mother and grandmother who loves traveling, working out, camping, and riding motorcycles with her husband of 41 years. Her grandsons keep her busy. Her clients keep her grateful.
