Early this summer, we decided to sell a home we had been renting for years. Because of our previous great experience with Kristi, she was the first (and only) Realtor we called. Once again she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well informed during the sale process. She would even help oversee the contractor I hired to make the house turnkey. This property had multiple offers within four days of listing! Once an offer was accepted, the escrow closed within thirty days! nI would absolutely recommend Kristi to anyone selling their property.
