My husband and I would like to express our appreciation. Although you were the sellers’ agent, we felt compelled to thank you again as we believe you went above and beyond your responsibilities. Although throughout a majority of the transaction, we never really directly spoke, we always heard from lender that you were very quick to respond and always followed up with them on the progress. When our realtor failed and and left us the week of close, not even leaving us with a contact through his office, you picked up the pieces to reach out to meet with us upon signing at escrow. Even with our close delayed, you arranged with the sellers the day of close so that we access to have the carpets cleaned as not to delay our move in. You went out of your way to be sure we obtain keys right after close and then stopped by with some energy drinks for the boys moving in the furniture. In short, if we could do it all over again, we certainly lost out as you not being our agent. We would recommend you to anyone that is buying or selling. If we decided to sell our beautiful home, we’d be honored to have her as our agent.
